Managed Services Info Tab
The Managed Services Info tab is designed to help capture vital information about management contracts that may be required or setup between your management company and a client or between a Carrier and your company and/or your customer.
We also refer to this module as the Managed Service Contract (MSC); all of these terms are referred to interchangeably.
MS Contract #: Use to record your contract with your customer.
Assigned To: Who will provide oversight of your customer?
On Managed Services Contract [ ] checkbox: Tick on or off, this is used to include or exclude the information in a report and/or some browse tables.
MS Contract Start: Beginning date of your contract with your customer.
Term Radio Buttons: Specify the term of your agreement/contract.
Set Reminder button: Link the contract reminder to a TelcoMgr global reminder and dynamic calendar.
Contract End: The schedule end date of services.
Calculate Contract End-date: If you enter the start date, click on the term and click this checkbox, the end date will be calculated and filled into the field.
Sign Date: This allows you to track the initialization of the agreement separately from the actual start date.
Monthly Fee: Record the appropriate fees if you wish.
