The 'Reminder Alarm' sound can be toggled on/off by using the Main Menu option:

Note About Server Based Application Installations:

 

If the TelcoMgr executable file has been installed on a Windows Terminal Server, then then Terminal Server must be configured to provide the sound functionality in TelcoMgr.
